Hi Shiva and all those interested in Remote
Participation.

Shiva, this is a great idea, and the solution we have used is to
open Skype conversations. The whole remote participation group is
probably too diverse and too large to work this way, but smaller
groups open conversations. For example, I suggest that the Chennai
group open their own Skype conversation so they can communicate
between themselves, without the chat being seen on the IGF chat
window.

Remote moderators will probably be in another conversation,
dealing with support issues that come up during the IGF.

Other groups do the same, according to interests, to make the
conversations easier to follow.

Does anyone else have a solution/technique they use or suggest to
implement this communication?

Thanks, best, gp
