Participation.<br>

Shiva, this is a great idea, and the solution we have used is to
open Skype conversations. The whole remote participation group is
probably too diverse and too large to work this way, but smaller
groups open conversations. For example, I suggest that the Chennai
group open their own Skype conversation so they can communicate
between themselves, without the chat being seen on the IGF chat
window. <br>
<br>
Remote moderators will probably be in another conversation,
dealing with support issues that come up during the IGF.<br>
<br>
Other groups do the same, according to interests, to make the
conversations easier to follow.<br>
<br>
Does anyone else have a solution/technique they use or suggest to
implement this communication?<br>

present or otherwise can connect to one another for

online meeting) in addition to the formal exchange during
workshops. Such informal exchanges could be even more
productive than formal exchanges during workshops (more
business transactions take place in coffee shops than in
Board rooms)</div>

that you cannot take part in discussions. Channels for
remote participation will be available to all those who

encouraging video questions from remote participants. If
you are interested to make a question, the best option
would be to let us know in advance, so we can test your
connection/bandwidth capacity prior to the session.</span></p>
