I agree with Jeremy that this would be a new practice, and would
add that I think it is too late to try to approve this change
before the IGF 2010 meeting. If there is support for this
change, IMO it should be taken up after Vilnius.<br>

As I understand it, we suggest CS speakers to the IGF
Secretariat. The speakers speak as individuals, members of CS.<br>
