There are issues that need to be addressed before this proposal can

move forward. In order to be approved, this must be resolved. If any of

you can check in to the IGF Planning meeting on remote participation,

or email Raquel Gatto, who is moderating remote participation today,

she will help present questions and find answers in the meeting. Raquel

and Marilia, the remote moderators, are both members of the IGC and

have offered to help push this workshop forward, but as none of us is

an organizer, we are not aware of the issues. Please contact them as

soon as possible! (I am in the Caracas airport, waiting for a flight,

so best contact them).<br>
