stimulus Jeremy. I would also look at some innovative workshop<BR>format
that would interest most participants in a very productive<BR>manner that
can also act as a future IG idea stimulator.<BR><BR>My proposal for a
workshop is:<BR><BR>Title: Revolutionary Internet Ideas that can help change
the Developing World!<BR><BR>Objective:<BR>A workshop that provides
stakeholders the opportunity to share<BR>positive ideas for stimulating
socio-economic change in the developing<BR>world utilizing the Internet.
This will be a venue for both developed<BR>and developing world
participants. An example may be Tim Berner Lee's<BR>TED ideas for Opening
Data to the world that helped in gaining<BR>concrete relief information on
the ground during the Haiti earthquake<BR>crisis. Another idea may be
Google's mapping of the Sudan crisis.<BR>There are many positive ideas that
can evolve from this venue and be<BR>recorded and measured till the next IGF
(hopefully) and then feedback<BR>can help in identifying which ideas had an
impact over the past 12<BR>months since presented.<BR><BR>Format:<BR>A round
table open to all participants of the workshop. The format<BR>will be 3
minutes given to each of the participants to share an<BR>existing or
revolutionary idea. All the ideas will be recorded and<BR>categorized under
various topics for measurement of impact in the next<BR>few months.<BR>

the IGF<BR></DIV>- I am not sure about this topic.<BR>

2010<BR></DIV>- This topic might create a bit of controversy but it is too
early to<BR>say anything. Maybe try it and learn from it. What if we combine
