It would be good to organize these issues immediately, because we also
should be discussion workshop proposals--the deadline is April 30th.<br>

Time for us to get moving, applying our own discussions and principles,
and the great ideas you are all having on other lists. Please join in

safely after ICANN Nairobi if you traveled, and ready to transfer
knowledge if you followed the proceedings in person or from afar.<br>

We have some IGC matters pending:<br>

(attached again for your reference). I think we should be posting this,
and publicizing this. Will you please do so if you can?</font></li>
<li><font face="Verdana">There were suggestions to review parts or
all of the IGC charter. Is there a working group willing to take that
on? My gentle nudges in that direction have not had concrete results
(everyone is very busy), so I open this up to the general list again.</font></li>
<li><font face="Verdana">Recent discussions were quite fruitful. Can
people summarize the ones they were interested/active in, and suggest a
course of action for the IGC? (RE: [governance] Strangeness in the IGF
programme; RE: [governance] Parminder's exchange with Bertrand)<br>

<li><font face="Verdana">What plans should we make for the OC in May?</font></li>
<li><font face="Verdana">Jeremy is working on website improvements.</font></li>
