that has been a member of the mailing list since June 2008. Due to the
severity of the problem, I have taken the very unusual step of
suspending the email address while we investigate this situation by
private email (offlist).<br>

It may be the case of an unauthorized use of the email address, or
other glitch. In any case, the situation must be reviewed.<br>
