participation possibilities within a day or two.<br>

It would be good to get as many people/organizations involved as
possible, both to follow the proceedings, and to make substantive input
if appropriate.<br>

I also find it very helpful to have IGC members on Skype during
meetings, for "instant feedback".<br>
