and ballot will arrive by email to the address subscribed to the IGC
mailing list, and will have a FROM address of Dr. Derrick L. Cogburn.
Please make sure your filter settings will allow you to receive the
ballot, and check your spam file if you do not receive the ballot email.<br>

2400 GMT on Friday, December 18, 2009.
Results will be announced shortly thereafter.<br>

The email with your ballot contains all the information you will need
to vote. You also have an option to
vote “none of the above”. Even if you do not have a preferred
candidate, if you are an IGC member, please fill in the ballot paper
using this option, so that we
can update our list of members, and include your name. <b>Only IGC
members who vote in this co-coordinator election will automatically be
included in the updated membership list, allowing them to vote in any
charter amendment ballot during the next year. <small>("</small></b></span></font><small><font

charter are based on the most currently available voters list. In
amending the charter, everyone who voted in the previous election will

private (offlist) email. If you are subscribed to the list with more
than one email address, you will receive more than one ballot. In that
case, please only vote once, even if you receive a reminder to vote at
another email address. If possible, please update your email address
using the unsubscribe option at </span></font><font face="Arial"

so that you have only one subscribed email address.<br>
