Similarly, along with some ambiguity in the numbering of the rooms on the webcasts (compared to the numbers on the doors) it wasn't clear if "middle-numbered" workshops were being audiocast or not [eg Nile Valley on day 3]<div>

We could not create webex rooms for all workshops because there were not enough volunteers to be remote moderators (people to be in the computers, receiving the remote questions and forwarding them to the panel moderators).<br>
