respond to this situation. I, and most of you, are pro IGF. We must be

careful to make sure the incident is not manipulated to hurt the IGF,

but is addressed properly. We can do this appropriately, but I think

the incident speaks for itself, so we can be discrete, not dramatic.</font><br>
