<html><body><span style="font-family:Verdana; color:#000000; font-size:10pt;"><div>Joe, (and others for the record)</div>
<div> The reference to you on the website deals with your claim to ideas and terms coined by others many years ago and for which there is extensive documentation. The mention there is to protect TLDA rights to those terms. Nothing more. There was no slander such as your slander of me here, as what was said about you is true.</div>
<div> The dramatic drop in voting membership is due to two factors. Your number of c. 30 members dates back to the previous incorporation of the group BEFORE the ICANN theft of .biz from Atlantic Root Network, Inc. That injustice sapped much of the hope of our members at that time. I am pleased to say that soon we will feature some of Leah Gallegos' testimony before the US congress on the matter on the website in an audio file.</div>
<div> Since the new incorporation in early 2007, we have had a number of people who joined in name only, having lost their former enthusiasm, and when we instituted the requirement for submission of a government issued photo ID to vote, those with less enthusiasm were content to slide to Associate Members, non-voters, though still on the roles. With the new website being the site for future polling and voting, anyone wishing to vote will have to have been verified to set up their account and thus vote. The TLDA was not intended to be a public discussion group, but rather a trade association for those with legitimate claim to TLDs in any qualifying root. While we welcome all qualified applicants, we are not about numbers, but the industry.</div>
<div> Joe, you joined us a few months ago. You have been around for a long time, but not as a member!</div>
<div> As for my personal well being, I appreciate your concern, but your fears are unfounded. The refinery and pipeline we put together are now under construction and the Sovereign guarantee by the Tanzanian government was finalized last Friday for a new 230 megawatt power plant to go in near Dar es Salaam. My payment was indeed slow as it was based entirely upon sale of stock and not hourly or monthly wages, but it is well underway now. </div>
<div> For the rest of you on this list, I apologize that some chose here to make an issue out of matters that should be internal to the TLDA, but it is important that the record be clear.</div>
