<P>On behalf of the Program Committee, we are pleased to announce the Call for
Papers to the IV Annual Giganet Sympoium which will take
place on November 14, 2009 - one day before the IV UN Internet
Governance Forum, in Sharm-El Sheik, Egypt.</P>
<P>Based on the successful experiences in Greece (2006), Brazil (2007) and
India (2008), we seek quality scholar's submissions to value our event.
<STRONG>The deadline for submitting abstracts is June 30.</STRONG></P>
