should do as so as well this time. I suggest that, if there is a workshop you
think IGC should submit, please start a topic here for each workshop with a
concept so others interested can express interest. Last year, groups working on
separate proposals eventually set up their own private mailing lists but
included the IGC Co-coordinators (Ginger and myself at this stage) and also fed
back to the main list regularly as regards their progress.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

There is nothing to suggest that proposals after that date will not be looked
at. However, it would seem advisable to put a “stake in the ground”
as regards workshops where IGC has an ongoing interest. This would seem to
include areas such as open access to the internet, critical internet resources,
and rights and principles. I am sure there are others.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
