<div class="Wj3C7c"><br>Hi,<br><br>The ITU has decided how to handle civil society participation in the World Telecom Policy Forum 22-24 April in Lisbon, which will focus on the Internet, NGN, and convergence. individuals may fill out a form attesting to their "proven interest in matters related to the WTPF-09, along with expertise and experience in Information Society issues," and then staff will decide if they qualify.<br>
