report on IGC at the IGF, the customary IGC meeting at IGF was the next
thing I was going to suggest. How does the evening of 1<SUP>st</SUP> (eve of
IGF) or 2<SUP>nd</SUP> (day 1 of the IGF) sound to all those who will be
