Hello All,<br><br>I earlier posted my comments on ITU Secretary General Hammadoun Toure's Cairo speech, but later wrote some more and posted it at Circle ID. <br><br>With a bit of a narrative write up and some additions, it looks like an article and I have titled it "Overture to take over Internet Governance: ITU at the ICANN Cairo" and is on the front page along with more deserving articles posted by more qualified writers !<br>
