The Novotel conference hotel was not on the negotiated price list<br>when IGF registration opened. It was set aside for MAG members and<br>dignitaries. I asked by email and was told there's no negotiated rate<br>and it's full.<br><br>There appears to be no other lodging within a mile of the convention<br>center. Hence buses, taxis, long walks, ...<br><br>I haven't seen discussion here about who is planning to go.
