been raised on this list as regards changes to the IGC charter. There do appear
to be a few small changes which would be useful, but for these to be accepted the
Caucus has to vote to approve. So a bit of process is involved to have these
agreed to and accepted, and it would be best to deal with all changes in one
vote. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
