I am sending out the email as given at the end of this email to all those who are
subscribed to the IGC mailing list. Out of the members list so prepared, those
who have been on the list for 2 month prior to June 30<sup>th</sup> will be
included in the voters’ list. I will give 21 days to list participants to
respond, after which the voters list will be prepared. The elections will be
held in the week starting 14<sup>th</sup> July. The two candidates for the
elections are David Goldstein and Ian Peter, to whom I apologize for this
extra-ordinary delay in holding the elections, which was mostly due to some complications
regarding preparing a voters list. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
