12.0pt'>For some reasons the process of nominating speakers from IGC to IGF is
not working. And I wonder what is it that I could have done better. Suggestions
are welcome. I enclose my email dated this Monday, where I had requested for nominations
for speakers (including self-nomination). I had mentioned a couple of guiding
conditions, and also had asked for 2-4 lines of justification why these
speakers should be nominated (1) generally and (2) specifically by the IGC. I
will add something I failed to mention in the aforesaid mail. Please also
indicate the session for which the speaker is being recommended. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

after the indicated end-date which passed yesterday, esp if it comes from an
entity like the IGC. But we need to hurry up. I propose to close taking in
names by end of tomorrow ie 15<sup>th</sup>. By tomorrow Vittorio and I will
try to come out of a small noncom, which will decide by the stated criteria mostly
regarding balance of views and other balances, and submit names on the behalf
of the IGC by 17<sup>th</sup> day end.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
