I am not dismissing what the IGP says. I am just <i>asking </i>that they
"might have misinterpreted the wording of the JPA". <br><br>
As for the opinions - when anyone enters a discussion with pre-defined
opinion, there's no way to reach consensus. We can only work in that
direction (reaching agreement) if we are asking questions. <br><br>
