the celebration of the World Day for the Information Society (17 May), an
information meeting on the up-coming launch of the Global Alliance for ICT and
Development (probably 15 May, to be confirmed, cf. <a
href="http://www.ngocongo.org/index.php?what=pag&id=10210">CONGO website</a>),
a new consultation on the future role of the CSTD convened by ECOSOC (16 May)
and a consultation on the IGF (19 May).<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

perform the CS Plenary function during the WSIS preparatory process of
