Since I am not a lawyer not political scientist, I cannot explain<br>
too well about the difference between jurisdiction and
sovereignty.<br><br>
But the essence of my try is to aviod the "sovereignty"
struggle,<br>
which seems more driven by emotion, but suggested to use the word<br>
"jurisdiction" which, I thought, have wider and perhaps
weaker<br>
and safer definition.<br><br>
