Could we add "multi-stakeholder" to the IGF phrase?

Civil society is pleased with the decision to create an Internet
Governance Forum (IGF) for multi-stakeholder policy dialogue, which it
has advocated since 2003.

As Tunis Agenda said:

72. We ask the UN Secretary-General, in an open and
inclusive process, to convene, by the second quarter of 2006, a meeting
of the new forum for multi-stakeholder policy dialogue―called the
Internet Governance Forum (IGF).

73. The Internet Governance Forum, in its working and function,
will be multilateral, multi-stakeholder, democratic and transparent.

I am not an expert on UN politics, but I think the inclusion of
"multi-stakeholder" to UN originated body can be very new and
important to take note for civil society.

Thanks,
