Summit<br><br>

Civil Society has 500 overpasses to allocate. A further 100 have been

reserved for host country civil society organisations. <br>

 <br>

Action required:<br>

Each civil society as listed below is asked to submit a request stating

the number of participants you are expecting to attend the Summit. An

assessment will be made on the basis of expected attendance and the known

relative size of each grouping. Please submit the numbers names to the

email below before 12 noon Geneva time on Friday 30th September,

2005.<br>
