Just forwarding the following text for contribution to the Chair of
Subcommittee A on Internet Governance Section 5 (Follow-up and possible
future arrangements). <br>
<br>
The text was prepared by the Africa civil society drafting committee
(including Ken Lohento, Fatou Jagne-Senghor, Emmanuel Njenga). Please
send in your comments and remarks/endorsements by tomorrow morning (28
Sept 05). The drafting committee consulted with a number of civil
society representatives present in Geneva. <br>
<br>
No specific model proposed by the Working group on Internet Governance
(WGIG) has been chosen and as neither was none was considered most
effective nor was there consensus on what model to chose.<br>

nous n'avons trouve aucun des 4 proposes totalement adequats et qu'il
n'y a pas eu de consensus sur le choix d'un modele. <br>
