<P><SPAN class=text>I am sorry if the following should not be addressed if this list.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN class=text>I have noticed that in the meeting email clients like MS outlook or outlook express cannot be used to send emails.<BR>I have been using my company's SMTP server in Mauritius for sending emails. While I am here, I am unable to connect to our SMTP server. At first I though that ITU has implemented this to prevent SMTP relay. However when I am running my own SMTP server on my laptop (through MS IIS), I can send my emails. However the emails do not reach the recipients. <BR>I have done various tests to confirm same. <BR><BR>Here the issue arrises as follows:<BR><BR>Is it a measure from ITU to prevent people from sending spam mails?<BR>However, what for genuine cases like me who wants to legitimately send emails? I am sure there are many cases like me.<BR><BR>If somebody has a solution please do mention to me. In the mean time I am using mail2web and webmails for sending
