[governance] IGF 2019 Civil society pre-event: planning and preparation

Dear all,

Thanks for these inputs!

So far I've got that people are interested in discussing the following
topics: 1) cybercrime 2) ethics 3) sustainability.

I suggest we together a small working group who has the capacity to steer
the organisation of the session in an inclusive way. If you're interested
in being part of that, if you could email Bruna and I we'll start a
dedicated thread to support the organisation of the event. The smaller
group will liaise with everyone once we have some initial ideas to propose
on how to organise the event.
