I strongly agree with Farza.
However there are two major issues (among many others) that we (civil
society) need to do something about -
1. How to we manage and winnow priorities from the sheer volume of
information and initiatives that are bombarding us all of the time?
2. How do we establish a mechanism for appropriate consultation and
decision-making (takes time) in a world where, increasingly, those
decisions are demanded NOW!
