ICANN's General Counsel has sent a letter to the Internet Society on 9 December pointing to inconsistencies in the Internet Society's public comments about the sale of .ORG and the importance of transparency, and their requests to ICANN for secrecy. (I am paraphrasing here, but I think that's an accurate summary.)
