[governance] A letter to IGF Secretariat re: the outcome of the MAG Nominations 2017

Very concrete an to the point letter.

This kind of empties on regulations often give as as a result the discretional use of the rules.

We sincerely hope that our representatives (as civil society) has something to say about this. 

I suggest to copy this letter to that members of civil society in MAG also
