> This week, cybersecurity on Internet Governance headlines, as Moscow and Washington are reportedly in talks to create a joint cyber security working group, Russia's RIA news agency reported today. In the United States, in an effort to reorganize the State Department, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will reportedly shut down an office that coordinates cyber and technology issues with other nations. The FBI on Monday warned parents of privacy and safety risks from children's toys connected to the internet. In Europe, the European Commission has reportedly made progress over the past year in addressing hybrid threats, including non-conventional methods such as cyber attacks or disinformation.
