New governance list

[Ken Stubbs]

There are so many "garbage postingss" and duplicate posts going out on 
this list that it is rapidly diminishing in value.

I would hope that people would stop "blindly" responding  to every one 
on the list. This group is far too sophisticated to
not be more considerate as to whom is receiving any mail they send.  It 
makes us all look like amateurs.
