[governance] CFP: Internet governance ICA pre-conference

Hello everyone!

Just a quick reminder that the deadline for abstract submission for an
academic Internet governance event in Tokyo later this year is quickly
approaching. The event is a pre-conference for the annual meeting of the
International Communication Association and it is organized by GigaNet
(Global Internet Governance Academic Network).

I hope those of you working on Internet governance research will consider
submitting your work.

Attached is an updated call for papers. Please feel free to distribute
widely.
