[governance] [bestbits] IGF website is down for me?

I should really stay out of this because I'm not a techie BUT I've been
participating online since Sunday without any difficulty. Initially I tried
to "get there" via www.intgovforum.org as usual but that didn't work. I
poked around and discovered that I could arrive via
http://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/ (the /multilingual/ seems to be
the secret key)
If you want to participate online I recommend that you try the link with
the /multilingual/
I hope it works for you as well as it has been working for me
I'll hopefully bump into you in the chat?
Good luck
Deirdre
