[governance] Leading Cuban Blogger: Challenges of Women in Leadership

Regional politics combined with conspiracies and propaganda are hard to
verify unless you are very conversant with the politics of the regions.
It's usually difficult to know who is speaking the truth.

But civil society activists are easy to spot because the stand by core
principles that benefit humanity in the long run.
