[governance] 20th century arrives in Geneva

Well the claim is new to me that it is "accurate and exact" to
reference the members of the UNOG Security and Safety Section
(UNOG SSS) as "police", and unless a link to some official
document stating this is given, I'll not believe it.  This is
an important distinction for some purposes, even if it is
probably not important for the purpose of getting the electric
power problem in UNOG fixed.
