Ouch... I just noticed that the document
http://www.un.org/ga/search/view_doc.asp?symbol=A/67/434 which is
linked from http://www.un.org/News/Press/docs//2012/ga11332.doc.htm
which in turn is linked from
https://www.un.org/en/ga/67/resolutions.shtml contains two versions
of the draft resolution, and I mistakenly quoted from the first of
these, while the second is the operative one.
