Hi,

Repression and corruption in Azerbaijan appear similar to the
situation in Tunisia before 2011. A Baku boycott might be an option to
make it clear that internet promoters don't want to mingle with
governments violating human rights. This could be gauged during the
coming consultations in Geneva.
