There's a very interesting book - "Tell me! the right of the child to
information" by Marian Koren, published by NBLC, 1996 (ISBN 90 5483 1 18
9). Met the author at the Association of Caribbean University Research and
Institutional Libraries (ACURIL) conference in Aruba in 2005. It's an
interesting perspective and one that I think should certainly be included
in the discussion
