Companies all try to avoid tax.

At WCIT Toure earlier suggested (I think) that tax on telecoms should
be reduced:

"Energy efficiency, accessibility, security, how the consequences of
unsolicited content, misuse of numbering, roaming, reducing taxtation,
how can this industry continue to be heavily taxed while it's the
basis for all other industries in times of economic crisis?"
