Thanks for the link. I am glad that remote participation is encouraged and
this is part of spirit of transparency and openness.

This will be interesting especially when Hungary laws and in light of their
new media law that came into effect, on 1st January 2011 and in light of
the Hungarian blacked website actions by certain groups protesting certain
erosions of their privileges. The APCICT just had a conference in Incheon
where one of the plenaries was on Cyber Security as a National Priority.
