... and matter for discussion !

Not as innocent as it might appear in this laudatory and one-sided article. The famous suitcase shown on the slides could also be used for "other uses", less "virtuous" (?) ones. And what about the policy aspects and issues about this US initiative if it was to be applied in countries like Venezuela and others ? Where are the political barriers and criteria ? A virtual cold war in perspective ! 

A lot of issues for a handful of anwers ...
