OK thanks all, there seems to be support for both additions and none speaking against, so I have become convinced that we should add them.  I haven't discussed this with Izumi yet but suspect he will agree (we have divided up the labour by way of the CSTD for him and the IGF for me).  Although I'm not changing the poll in progress, those who haven't voted yet should take this into account and relate any objections to the additional wording on the list.
