[governance] CS speaker suggestions for the opening and closing

Hi All
My preference is for the following  although it is difficult to chose . I am 
satisfied with the selection process that we have adopted .

Parminder (confirmed)
Karen Banks (confirmed)
Katitza Rodriguez (confirmed)
Ginger  Paque/Jeremy ( Cordinators)
