[governance] What happened with the hubs?

Marilia, thanks for the explanations about how remote access worked.

Roland mentioned he thought the quality very 
high, better that most Internet industry events 
(paraphrasing...)

And all the remote access team, except the local 
Egyptian tech staff, were volunteers, correct? 
Makes it doubly impressive. Great job!
