[governance] Co-ordinator elections

Hi Ian,

what's wrongt with a bit of campaigning? It would be good to gain some 
insight into the motives and aims of the candidates. But we, the voters, 
shouldn't forget that we need coordinators and we should not discourage 
them from volunteering for this time consuming job!
