[governance] space on Nov.11th

Hi Bill and all,

No need to change plans. What we did was just to make sure there is a
room available. We will do the Latin American/Caribbean event in the
morning anyway, and the room is available for the whole afternoon. Up to
the caucus to decide how to use it, if at all.

Otherwise, I can just let the organizers know that the room will no
longer be needed. Parminder?
