Hola Bill, Avri and all

I very much agree with taking a positive approach focusing on improvement of
practice and tools. 

As I mentioned in my last post I would be happy to team-up to see what tools
and practices might add value to our collaboration. I just subscribed to the
Workingmethods WG and (if nobody thinks differently) would assume that the
WG is the appropriate forum to discuss.
